Richard possesses over 20 years of sell-side operations experience covering Corporate Actions, Risk, Client Service and Settlements. As head of London Asset Services, Richard is responsible for EMEA Voluntary Corporate Actions and EMEA Corporate Action Client Services. This role enables him to pair client insight, strong corporate action expertise and technology to develop a best-in-class Asset Services offering.

Richard has led the Corporate Action Workstream on behalf of the UK Accelerated Settlement Taskforce since its inception and represents Morgan Stanley on the AFME Post Trade Asset Services Committee and the UK Custody Working Group
