Prior to Pirum, Payal spent over 10 years in various Corporate Action roles at Citigroup (London) & UBS (New Jersey), including pioneering automation initiatives using robotics process automation that delivered significant operational efficiencies. Her responsibilities included managing complex corporate action events, implementing enhanced controls to mitigate operational risk, and bridging business requirements with technology solutions.
