Naren Patel brings over 35 yrs experience and is applying this here at FIS where Naren is leading the Sell Side ecosystem as a Market Specialist in the Front, Middle and Back Office including all aspects of Asset Servicing in EMEA.

Naren has been at the sharp end of strategic development and marketing with leading software solutions in the UK specialising in defining the target market, launching new products, Product Marketing, Sales, PR and Strategic Relationship Management focusing on the complete post trade life cycle.   Naren has held strategic roles at Fiserv Investment Services, SmartStream Technologies, IHS Markit, Broadridge Financial Solutions Ltd and other service providers.  Having started working in the City at Royal Bank of Canada / Royal Trust (now RBC Treasury and Investor Services), SWIFT, and National Westminster Bank dealing at the C Level among Global Custodians, Fund Management firms and Investment Banks.

In his spare time Naren is a highly informed authority on securities operations and processing - A published author on Global Custody – Clearing and Settlement 2008.  Naren is also International Member of the Chartered Securities Institute of UK and a registered SFA representative.   He is also a mentor to final year senior graduates as a mentor at Birbeck University.
