Colin has worked in various Operational roles for over 35 years, specialising in Corporate Actions where he has headed up Back Office Corporate Action teams at different Investment Managers and been a trusted Corporate Actions SME. A strong believer in the value add a Corporate Action team can bring to the Front Office, Colin has also twice led the successful implementation of the outsourcing of Corporate Action teams. Now working in a Middle Office role focusing on Fund Transitions and Onboarding together with Oversight of Federated Hermes’ back office provider.
