JOHN KIRKPATRICK
/Vice President, Securities Sevices, Broadridge John Kirkpatrick is currently the Vice President of Securities Services at Broadridge.
Prior to Broadridge, John was Managing Director, Global Head of Asset Servicing at JP Morgan Securities Services. He joined the firm in November 2015 as the Global Head of Asset Servicing for the CIB. In this role he was responsible for all Corporate Actions, Income, Class Actions and Proxy Voting across the multiple business lines within CIB. John also covered Agency Lending, Benefit Payment Services and ADR Issuer Ops, with teams spread across London, Bournemouth, Hong Kong, Buenos Aries, New York, Brooklyn and Delaware, Mumbai, Bangalore and Manila. Before Joining JP Morgan, he spent 21 years at Citi where he was also involved in Asset Servicing Operations Management, as well as Programme Management for key custody platform and client programmes. John Kirkpatrick has been active in various industry initiatives, including Chair of the International Securities Services Association Corporate Actions Working Group, Chair of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments Operations Forum and a member of several other key industry working groups.
