Karen Weaver is a Custody Product Manager in Asset Servicing based in Brussels. Since joining BNY Mellon in 2004 Karen started in the middle-office team which serviced a large complex client. During her career, Karen has experience in operations and client contact roles and in recent years moved into SME and business analyst functions, designing new services and developing the Corporate Action applications. Joining Product Management in 2018 Karen has been working most recently on Shareholder Rights Directive.
