Suzana Tadic is the AI project lead for the Virtual Agent stream of BNP Paribas Securities Services’ Artificial Intelligence programme. Her focus is the implications of implementing virtual cognitive agents and chatbots into the organisation’s business model. After starting her career in auditing and fund management, she joined BNP Paribas Securities Services in 2007. Since then she has held numerous management positions within the Corporate Actions department, as well as Client Relationship. Prior to taking up her current position, Suzana’s last post saw her transition across to the Digital Transformation arena where she was a project manager for the global development of the new applications associated with RPA (Robotics Processing Automation) technology.
