Edwin De Pauw, Director, is Head of Product Management Europe. In this capacity, he drives new products services for European markets and defines the overall portfolio of asset servicing and settlement services for Euroclear group clients. Moreover, he is responsible for the strategic positioning of Euroclear in the Target2-Securities (T2S) environment, as well as ensuring Euroclears technical readiness for T2S.

Mr De Pauw has been actively involved in the harmonisation and standardisation of market practices in Euroclears seven domestic CSD markets, as well as across Europe. He serves as a member of the Corporate Actions and General Meetings Joint Working Groups along with representatives of various firms active in the capital markets, and various banking and financial associations.

Earlier in his career, Mr De Pauw headed up the Fixed Income Product Management and New Issues department at Euroclear Bank, where he was responsible for overseeing the acceptance of new issues, the allocation of ISIN codes and the maintenance of securities reference data.

Mr De Pauw joined Euroclear in 1995 for a senior position in the Audit department. Amongst other projects, he managed Audits input on Euroclears preparations for the introduction of the euro.
